The aws s3 ls
command as used will list S3 buckets visible to the admin-1 profile. Therefore, the two entries you see returned are not SageMaker domains, but rather S3 buckets with sagemaker in the name. A likely scenario is that these buckets were created and being used with SageMaker domains, and then even though the domains were deleted, the associated S3 buckets were left in place.
An appropriate CLI command to check SageMaker domains visible to the admin-1 profile is aws sagemaker list-domains
