Table & Pivot Table Header Formatting No Longer Working

Has anyone experienced existing analyses formatting of the headers is no longer in place and using the configuration options under edit for headers no longer alters the table headers? This is very recent, the analyses were formatted for background color and text wrapping. Neither are in working now even with the settings in place. Efforts to re-format cause no change onscreen. :(
