Hi! I just deployed a solution to recover the abandoned calls from the queue and when no one answers the phone, however I'm not really sure how the billing works for this specific solution since I know it uses Kinesis Stream and Lambda, also I'm trying to see the phone numbers or information about the callers that abandoned the queue, but it's not showing anywhere.
I used this article for reference: https://aws.amazon.com/es/blogs/contact-center/recovering-abandoned-calls-with-amazon-connect/ and I'm being billed this:
