The billing console takes 24 - 48 hours to get populated. This issue can either be due to the delay in update of the Billing console or there are no resources being used at the moment.
Can you please check the bills section and see if that has been populated with the entries of the active service? If yes, what are the active services?
Hi. What do you want to see on this page?
Basically it listed the services eligible for free tier and the used amount. So S3 requests, EC2 hours, EBS volume, etc. Each column had the current usage and the forecasted usage and so on.
A similar post is can be seen here: https://repost.aws/questions/QUvxGgWl6XT9Gj-tjwtwHd2w/aws-free-tier-services However, their case is that they have not used any services, whereas I definitely did.

Ok. So it's solved! The free tier section was empty since the bill was being issued. I may have not been clear in my question. I did use multiple resources and the bills section was indeed populated with entries. However, it seems that the free tier section is emptied when the bill is being issued. It is now back to normal with the usage metrics available.
