Hello. I'm quite puzzled about this issue. I Have a [Yubico YubiKey 5C Nano](https://www.yubico.com/dk/product/yubikey-5c-nano/), which is listed as one of the [supported devices for AWS](https://fidoalliance.org/certification/fido-certified-products/). My YubiKey works on other websites, but I cannot register my [YubiKey for MFA](https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/security/use-yubikey-security-key-sign-into-aws-management-console/) within AWS IAM for my account. I've tried registering my YubiKey using Chrome, Safari and Firefox, without success. As mentioned, my key works fine on other sites - and I'd really like for this key to work with AWS as well. Might anyone know how I can proceed?

If so, have you checked out the documentation for supported browser versions https://docs.aws.amazon.com/IAM/latest/UserGuide/id_credentials_mfa_fido_supported_configurations.html and the troubleshooting guide here https://docs.aws.amazon.com/IAM/latest/UserGuide/troubleshoot_mfa-fido.html#troubleshoot_mfa-fido-cant-enable.

If none of these options work, are you able to submit a support ticket so that they are able to further investigate this further?
