Bastion Host to Private Subnet

Hello, I am trying to access private subnet from Bastion Host in window system. Can somebody share the commands to add keys in ssh agent. I am using putty and puttygen to convert the .ppk file to .pem file.

I assume you mean how to add SSH public key to an VM? If so, then it might help to have a look at the following link.
