You probably need to use AWS DMS service. The path should be MySQL->DMS->Kinesis->Lambda->Keyspace. However you can also check, maybe DMS has build in support for Keyspaces as a target
Often when moving from relational to non relational you will need to transform your relational model in third normal form to NoSQL denormalized form. Mapping tables one for one will most likely not work if your current access patterns are dependent on performing JOINS. Having a technology that allows you to make custom transformations will be the most helpful. Like others I would recommend using DMS to extract data from RDS to Kinesis. From there you can use a number of compute options to transform and insert the data into Keyspaces. Using DMS than kinesis will add more cost to organization. DMS not available for keyspace as target
