【以下的回答经过翻译处理】 我找到了问题的答案。出错的根本原因在于创建Lexbot Intent的角色没有编辑Lex bot的IAM服务的权限。

在授予角色（我的角色作为控制台用户）相应的权限之后，重新创建KendraSearchIntent，并更新了Lex IAM服务角色。不再出错，Lex现在可以访问Kendra了。
