Have you changed it in the way described in this procedure?
Is the changed email address being used for another AWS account or Amazon.com?
In that case, please create a different e-mail address as it cannot be changed.

Thanks for your response. Yes, I followed those steps. Initially, I'd used an email address that's already associated with an account. I did receive an error message telling me that that account was already associated with an account. I then changed to an email address that does not already have an AWS account. I get no message detailing the issue. It just doesn't doesn't react until I hit the button twice and then throws a generic "bad request" error.
