new Account closed after i got message to welcome me

I have received this email with different case number and my instance is still working and i can access my console, if my account is closed does it happen instant or below email was not meant for me, I am confused as i can access my server and console.

We have closed your Amazon Web Services account.

We took this action because our records show that this account is related to previously closed accounts.

Due to the proprietary nature of our business, we are unable to discuss other accounts with you.
