Review this document to check if your cross-account access have been done correctly: https://repost.aws/knowledge-center/cross-account-access-s3
Also make sure the policy in this document gives access to the right bucket in the specified account: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/cur/latest/userguide/cur-s3.html

hi, thank you for the answer . regarding the policy here : https://docs.aws.amazon.com/cur/latest/userguide/cur-s3.html i added that and i'm able to get cost reports for Account B (where the bucket is located ) , do i need to edit the policy to add also the account ID for account A also ? meaning this policy needs only the Account B ID and i don't need to declare anything in the policy to look at account A .?
If you are only interested in the bucket for Account B, then you do not need to add the Account A. Otherwise you should create a similar policy for Account A.
Hope it helps, and if answer was helpful, please upvote/ accept so also others can benefit :)
