ReSchedule AWS EXAM

Question

Hi Team,

I scheduled AWS Associate Exam on 26Th DEC but due to Name Mismatch Online Proctor asked to reschedule the Exam after COrrect Name is updated. Now i updated the Correct Name. now how can i reschedule the Exam again. please help. Also Proctor given Case Number also. please find below.
