Api Gateway deployment issue

One way to do it would be to create API Gateway through a Cloudformation Custom Resource:

Another way (which is less assuring in some cases) would be to include a dynamic value in the API Gateway Stage Description like todays date in your Cloudformation Template.

Hi Afsal - one way would be to use AWS SAM as it has an AlwaysDeploy setting that should force the API deployment to occur even when no changes are detected, however this feature is not directly available through CloudFormation.
