Getting billed for services not used

I set up an account some time ago for some AWS training. I haven't used it in months. Apparently, the free tier has expired, and now I am being charged for services I am not even using. I have tried to follow the documentation for shutting down resources, but the documentation is inaccurate and there is no obvious way to stop any of the resources on my account.

Can someone please help me shut these resources down so I do not continue to be billed?
