You should change the agent log file path to D drive.
-- enable SQL Server Agent
exec sp_CONFIGURE 'show advanced options',1;
GO
RECONFIGURE WITH OVERRIDE;
GO
exec sp_CONFIGURE 'Agent XPs', 1;
GO
RECONFIGURE WITH OVERRIDE;
GO
-- update the SQL Server Agent log file path
USE [msdb]
GO
EXEC msdb.dbo.sp_set_sqlagent_properties @errorlog_file=N'D:\rdsdbdata\Log\SQLAgent.out';
GO
