aws free tier useage and billing issue

Sir I havent used my aws console from few weeks but i am unable to understand how the bill i got that too  i had 12 months free access . please resolve my query.

What services are listed on my AWS bill?  
AWS's free tier is valid for 12 months, but you will be charged if you use it incorrectly.  
For example, with EC2, you will be charged if you use an instance type larger than t2.micro or launch multiple instances.
