Leaving AWS to be hosted elsewhere

My developer moved my website to AWS and left. I am a layman and need to move my website to Xneelo but don't know enough to do this. I understand that I need to download it from AWS and upload it to Xneelo, but cannot find where or how to go about it. Please advise?
