New User via RDP

Hi, I would like to know if I can create a new user besides the Administrator for connection via RDP, if so how can I do that?

I assume you a reffering to Windows Server?

In that case yes you can. Open users and groups in the computer manager MMC Plugin Create your user Add the user to the terminal server group
