MHSR source code analysis not allowed by customer

IHAC that is planning to deploy Migration Hub Strategy Recommendations but has no access to source code repositories for code analysis since those are managed by different teams.

Can you please elaborate on how does this affect the Strategy Recommendations output? is it worth to deploy MHSR without having access to code repositories? Customer main goal is to get workloads migration "R" strategy recommendations. Thank you
