Migration using same IP address and hostname

Yes, it is possible to keep the same hostname and IP address during a migration. The network setup of the VPC would need to be configured to match an existing network where the source machine is located. There is an option within the Application Migration Service to copy the private IP, that is essentially keeping the same IP. It will keep the same hostname by default. Hope that helps.
