Enable Cost Explorer service

Hi,

I followed the tutorial for enabling the Cost Explorer service.

But when I go to the Home page I have this message:

"Please contact your payer account to enable Cost Management data services."

I am signed-in with my root account

Sounds like you have more than one AWS account in an Organization where this is a member account. Does that sound right? You have to enable cost management in the Management AWS account.

Is there a way to know if I have another AWS account in my Organization ?

You can check in the "Organizations" service in the AWS console - it will tell you what your Organization ID is and show the management account ID and root user email address.
