SES Unknown Error

For some reason within the last few weeks when I go to the SES console i get the "Unknown error Request failed with unknown error, ensure that you have the necessary permissions and that all fields have correct values. Server-side message: Network Failure". My account has AdministratorAccess but I still get this error.
