What public objects were accessed?

I had a bucket which was deleted recently. Is there a way I can see the public objects accessed from this bucket during 24 hours and whether the objects were downloaded or viewed via their urls? Please keep any technical details simple! Thank you.

Was S3 server access logging enabled?
If this was not enabled, it would be difficult to investigate.
