Get revision id or commit message from code pipeline source stage

Is there a way to get the revision id or commit message from AWS code pipeline source stage when source stage is InProgress state.

I have tried using get-pipeline-stage, get-pipeline-execution & list-pipeline-execution AWS cli commands. I'm getting the I'd once stage is succeeded.

You can leverage the list-action-execution CLI command to obtain this information from your CodePipeline Source stage. This information will be noted in the output.outputVariables section of the response.
