I'm facing repeated account closures with AWS. They assert that the new accounts I create are somehow connected to prior closed accounts. My initial account closure was due to my inability to provide utility bills in my name.

Given that my data is already associated with my closed account, I find it challenging to open a new one. I've submitted my bank statement, government-issued ID cards, international passport, and even university certificates, yet the issue persists.

I would greatly appreciate advice on how to successfully create and maintain an AWS account without encountering closures. This is essential for my educational pursuits.
