Claude 3 Sonnet - Your account is not authorized to invoke this API operation.

Question

在 Amazon Bedrock 后台申请了 Claude 的权限，但是在 API 和训练场操作的时候都提示没有权限，请问此类情况如何处理？

区域：us-west-2，一周前是正常的。最近几天没有测试。
