Hi,
During update Environments Elastic Beanstalk's configuration and inside "Instance traffic and scaling"
and while selecting "EC2 Security groups"
You can select just groups inside one of page and when you moved forward to any other page all other selected "EC2 Security groups" gone away
In short way "Pagination" inside "EC2 Security groups" not working very well
