Virtual Server Problem

When ever I open my virtual server, there seems to be another ms dos screen in the middle of the screen. There are some options to use on this ms dos command line window but which ever I tried did not help to get rid of this window at all. On every attempt of the opening virtual server this ms dos command line windows appears and stays in there. How can I remove this from screen please? Thanks.
