User can't see 'Push notifications' option in the UI even though he has the 'AmazonSNSFullAccess' AWS managed policy

As the title describes, the user can't see this option:

sns menu options

Is this a lack of permissions?

Using the CLI, the user is able to successfully run, for example aws sns list-platform-applications.

  • Maybe change the link for an english version?

    Anyway, I can see the option. I am an admin. My user only has the AmazonSNSFullAccess aws managed policy.

I created an IAM with the same permissions and tried accessing it, but I could see "Push notifications" on my screen.
My screen is in Japanese but it is displayed.
