Request failed with unknown error,

Question

I am trying to request production access for my Amazon SES account (https://us-east-1.console.aws.amazon.com/ses/home?region=us-east-1#/account/request-production-access)

When I fill the form and try to submit it, I get this:

Unknown error:
Request failed with unknown error, ensure that you have the necessary permissions and that all fields have correct values.

I wasn't experiencing this error the previous two times I requested production access, although that was over 6 months ago and my request was denied then.

Please do anyone have an idea how I can fix this error?

To get best assistance on this matter, I'd suggest you to reach out to AWS support if you have a support plan that allows you to [create cases](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/awssupport/latest/user/case-management.html).
