Name Change in certification account

Hi team, I want to change my last name in the account because in my government ID there is no last name so because of that I was not able to attend the exam last time: Candidate Id : AWS*******

Current first and last name is First name: S********** Last name: S

Updated first name and last name: First name: S****** Last name: .

I have raised requested more than 10 times in this link (https://support.aws.amazon.com/#/contacts/aws-training) but still no response my next exam days are nearing so where should I raise request for this.

Unfortunately, training and certification support is the correct way to get this resolved, and you would need to wait for them to assist you, this cannot be resolved on re:Post.

Please be aware that unless this is resolved you could still have the same issue when presenting for the exam.
