Hello.
Do you want to edit the DNS records for the domain you are using for your website?
In that case, are you sure that the DNS records are set to Route53?
If it is Route53, you can edit the record by following the steps in the following document.
https://docs.aws.amazon.com/Route53/latest/DeveloperGuide/resource-record-sets-editing.html
Currently, the IP address "84.34.147.53" seems to be set.
Am I correct that you want to change this?

Hey, thanks for answering. Our web hosting provider gave us information that DNS records are: ns-1484.awsdns-57.org. ns-1556.awsdns-02.co.uk. ns-232.awsdns-29.com. ns-815.awsdns-37.net. I haven't heard of that route 53 service before, but I think that's what it's done for. I am the current site administrator and I have not made those changes, and neither does the customer know how and who made them so how can I edit those records or can I ? Does it only work for the user who has made that change before, because this account is empty of sites.
The new IP address which the old one should be replaced by the end of the month is 5.44.245.33
Thanks!
This is Route53. If you are the administrator, then I assume you have access to the account in which the Route53 hosted zone for your domain is located. If so you can just follow the process here to edit and update the resource record for this hosted zone with the correct IP: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/Route53/latest/DeveloperGuide/resource-record-sets-editing.html
Hey. I received an order from the web hotel to change the ip address and the client's dns is defined in this aws service, which is a stranger to me. At first I didn't get an answer to anything, but I had to activate a premium account. I have to pay to get an answer to my question and now, however, it is not possible to make the change when the dns settings have been defined from the account. Can't you get an expert from here to make a change who has access to all users, because my client doesn't have this user on file and I don't even know about it myself ? It can't be the case that if there are no credentials, the account will remain behind bars for the rest of the life and the dns settings of the page cannot be edited. Thanks
Is it possible to access the AWS account even as a root user? If you know the email address associated with your AWS account, you can log in as the root user. https://docs.aws.amazon.com/signin/latest/userguide/introduction-to-root-user-sign-in-tutorial.html
I have access to my customer's account, but it is new and the site's dns settings were not initially defined there, so it is empty.. and no one knows which user this was once created by. We only know that the nameservers are located here for arene.fi
If the AWS account under which the Route53 host zone is configured is unknown, it is not possible to change the settings.
This domain arene.fi and DNS management is under some old user.. So we cant do nothing because we dont know that user? Can't I get any AWS professional to give a decision? if the customer gives an order and assures that he owns the domain name? Because customer arene.fi (the owner of this domain) does not know which user is under control, it is so old. ?? Thanks
The domain
arene.fi
was registered it seems byhttps://domain.fi
. If you do not have access to the account in which the Route53 public hosted zone is located, and are unable to establish contact with the owner of that account, then your only path forward would be to create a new public hosted zone forarene.fi
in an account that have permissions to access. Create all the necessary resource records in it, and once you have done that, update the name server delegation set athttps://domain.fi
to the delegation set for the new Route53 public hosted zone that you have created.

Thank you for your reply. The NS record you provided is an AWS DNS, so it is possible that you are using Route53. If you cannot log in to the AWS account where the Route53 host zone is configured, you will not be able to change the settings. Can you confirm which AWS account has Route53 configured?
