[Bug] Not able to see Log groups but able to access directly if entered the Log Group URL - AWS Console

And no, it's not a Region issue as the group disappears as soon as I create and reload the AWS Cloudwatch Logs Group page

Does your IAM user's policy allow "DescribeLogGroups"?

I am signed in using my Root Account.
