Beanstalk Network configuration - This environment is not part of a VPC.

Hi, I tried to follow. https://docs.aws.amazon.com/elasticbeanstalk/latest/dg/vpc-rds.html for creating an application in VPC. But after creating a test sample application, I click the environment --> configuration. The Network section gave me this info "This environment is not part of a VPC." I had created a VPC ready with subnets across availability zones. Any advice would be highly appreciated.
