Amazon Q Failing to crawl PostgreSQL Database in VPC
I am attempting to sync a PostgreSQL data connection and the error message provided is no existent. It fails after a couple of minutes of attempting to sync. The sync status fails but there is no log generated or reason provided in the detail section. I have configured the sync process to run in my vpc where the database resides. I have set up the security group for my database to allow inbound traffic from my amazon q security group.
Any suggestions how to debug this?

Hi,
I would suggest that you examine the state of your index by using my 2 Python scripts q_list_data_source_sync_jobs and q_list_documents (available on GitHub: https://github.com/didier-durand/qstensils) in order to see how many docs were indexed, the status of those docs, etc
