As per best of memory ,Its AWS Certification support team can update that as i faced the similar issue and support helped me to rectify the issue.

Please submit a ticket to the AWS Training & Certification customer support team, and they will provide assistance. If you already submitted a case, please allow at least 48 hrs to get a response.

thanks, I've opened a Ticket, I was just hoping if there is another way to do it from my side
