Sign-in issue for AWS employee using Amazon e-mail

Receiving error when logging into Bedrock and Console: "Password recovery failed Password recovery is disabled for your AWS account root user. You need to re-enable this feature."
How do I fix this?

Hello.
The root user is the initial user that you create when you set up an AWS account, and it has full access to all AWS services and resources in the account. For security reasons, AWS recommends that you don't use the root user for everyday tasks. Instead, you should create IAM (Identity and Access Management) users and groups to manage access
