SSL PROTOCOL ERROR

Question

Hello, we have hosted our website on EC2 windows server but lately it seems that our website is always down and have to be reload multiple times for it to work. so its like sometimes it does work, sometimes it doesnt. the error message is as follows

This site can’t provide a secure connectionhoraapp.id sent an invalid response.
Try running Windows Network Diagnostics.
ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

however the other subdomain of this domain works good. so only the main site is behaving like this.

is there any way i can fix this, if so how, please kindly provide with step to step actions.

Hello.

Have you imported the SSL certificate to EC2?  
If you are importing to EC2, you may want to check the answer at the URL below.  
There may be some cache left in your browser, so you may want to try clearing your cache.

If this does not resolve the issue, please check the access log and error log of the web server.  
If you check the IIS access log and error log, there may be logs that can be used for troubleshooting.
