Hello.
Does this mean you can't sign in even when using both your old and new passwords?
By the way, if you change your password again following the instructions in the document below, will you still be unable to sign in?

Thank you for your response. Yea after resetting password it still doesn't log me in. I have submitted that form already waiting on their reply.
