I'm not receiving verification email

I'm using cyberpanel for creating and using email accounts. I want to connect my email account with aws ses but I'm not receiving the confirmation email. Please open my receiving port So I can connect and use amazon ses. And please let me know How can I connect with my ec2 instance because I think my ec2 has a problem, I tried to connect with my instance through ec2 connect, it's shows error and not connecting then I use putty and when I put the login as, it also shows error

Hello.
What is the error message when you try to SSH?
When performing SSH, the inbound rule of the EC2 security group must be set to allow port 22.

I created the email account in cyberpanel and when amazon said check inbox then I check my snappymail inbox and there are no emails
