Amazon Lex V2 support for Facebook Messenger Carousels

Hello, Please can someone confirm whether Amazon Lex v2 supports the Carousel feature of Facebook Messenger (https://developers.facebook.com/docs/messenger-platform/send-messages/template/generic/#carousel), i understand that Response cards are supported and upto 3 cards can be configured, however i'm not clear about Carousels and there is NO documentation around it too. If the feature is not supported, is there a workaround? using Lambda functions for this functionality is something we want to avoid at the moment.
