When I try to use the Amazon Lightsail console, I get an error message: "There might be a problem. It looks like you aren't authorized. Try refreshing or signing out of this account and using an account that has access to Lightsail."
Resolution
This error appears when the Lightsail service isn't active on your AWS account. Check the following:
Your AWS account is fully activated. New AWS accounts can take up to 24 hours to activate. Wait for 10 to 15 minutes, and then try to access Lightsail again.
