I have an Amazon Elastic File System (Amazon EFS) file system type that's Regional, and I want to convert it to One Zone.

Resolution

Use a Regional file system for workloads that require high levels of durability and availability. However, if your on-premises data don't require Regional file system resilience, then convert your file system to One Zone.

You can use a One Zone file system for workloads such as development, build, and staging environments. You can also use One Zone file systems for analytics, simulation, media transcoding, and backups.
