If you don't already have an AWS Certificate Manager (ACM) certificate, then [request a public certificate](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/acm/latest/userguide/gs-acm-request-public.html). If you already have a certificate, then [import the certificate into ACM](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/acm/latest/userguide/import-certificate.html).

Attach the certificate to the load balancer that your Elastic Beanstalk environment uses. For instructions, see by [Configuring your Elastic Beanstalk environment's load balancer to terminate HTTPS](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/elasticbeanstalk/latest/dg/configuring-https-elb.html).
