I want to troubleshoot timeout issues with my AWS Glue Data Quality recommendations and evaluations.
Resolution
If you encounter timeout issues when AWS Glue runs data quality checks, then complete the following steps:
- Enter a higher value for Task timeout. For instructions, see Explore recommendation rulesets and define rulesets to evaluate your table in Getting started with AWS Glue Data Quality from the AWS Glue Data Catalog.
- Enter a higher value for Requested number of workers.
- If your AWS Glue connection uses a Java Database Connectivity data source, then verify that your Amazon VPC is configured correctly.
