Go to: “Support” or “Customer Subscriptions / Agreements” section (depending on product type) Locate the customer subscription or contract you want to refund. Submit a refund request by providing: Customer AWS account ID Product details Reason for refund Refund amount or percentage Applicable subscription/contract period AWS reviews and processes the refund request.
