Why is my Snowball Edge device order stuck in the "Job created" status?

I want to know why my AWS Snowball Edge device order is stuck in the "Job created" status. I also want to monitor the job's status.

Resolution

After you order a Snowball Edge device, AWS prepares your device for shipment. This process can take up to 4 weeks before the status changes from Job created to Preparing appliance.

Note: It's a best practice to include a 4-week preparation time in your project plan.
