I want to know if I can make a payment plan or receive a long-term payment extension for my AWS bill.
Resolution
AWS doesn't provide payment plans or offer long-term payment extensions. However, you can create a case in the AWS Support console to request a temporary payment arrangement. Temporary payment arrangements are subject to internal review and approval.
