Creating Data Pipeline using Template

I am creating a data pipeline using Template-ShellCommandActivity, but I am facing an issue while attaching the resource role. I am not able to get the resource role I created in the dropdown. And when I go ahead as it is Pipeline activation fails with this error: "Object:EC2ResourceObj ERROR: Unable to validate an instance profile with the role name'My Resource Role'.Please create an EC2 instance profile with the same name as your resource role"
