Rollback strategy

Hi AWS, I am building CI/CD for my web applications using GitHub Actions. Right now the application(s) are not containerized. Is there a way where I can use some of the AWS agnostic services in order to implement Release Rollback strategy in case of a failed build and redirects to the older working build. Does services like CodePipeline and CodeDeploy support such use cases with third party tools like GitHub Actions and if so how?
What is the right approach according to you to implement this deployment strategy?
